Eat a Rainbow- Try a new fruit or vegetable this week!

 Year 1 & 2 have been investigating how to grow amd eat healthy food. We need at least 3 serves of veges and two of fruit a day to be healthy. A serve is a handful. Eating all the colours of the rainbow means we'll get all the vitamins, fibre & minerals we need to grow and learn.
