Today we reviewed what we had learnt last year about the Maori Atua and the realms they are in chagge of. We looked at the natural disasters each realm is responsible for and how we can react and prepare for them.
After we had very carefully read and discussed the Kia rite, kia mau book from Auckland Emergency Management, we had a fun Kahoot to test our knowledge. Lucky us, we get to each take the books home!
Are your whanau ready for when the worst happens. It pays to have a plan.
