Eat a Rainbow- Try a new fruit or vegetable this week!

 Year 1 & 2 have been investigating how to grow amd eat healthy food. We need at least 3 serves of veges and two of fruit a day to be healthy. A serve is a handful. Eating all the colours of the rainbow means we'll get all the vitamins, fibre & minerals we need to grow and learn.

Your homework assignment- Find and eat a vege or fruit you've never tried before. Comment below!

  1. Great learning Year 1 & 2. I love that you have been investigating how to grow and eat healthy food. Yes it is important to eat at least 3 serves of veges and two of fruit a day to be healthy. I agree eating all the colours of the rainbow means you'll get all the vitamins, fibre & minerals we need to grow and learn.
