During the very first lockdown Lucy & I did some if the activities on your enviro blog. One of them suggested trying to grow veges from what we had at home. We cut a potato in half and planted it and to be honest forgot about it. Come spring a plant had sprouted. Then just in time for this latest lockdown we dug the plant up and found these new potatoes! How awesome 🙂
