By turning the crank, Room 13 discovered LED bulbs took much less energy and were waaaayy brighter than traditional bulbs.
Please buy LED bulbs - they're more sustainable, brighter and last longer.

Everyone can bring any food scraps to be composted. Simply place in the wheelie bin by the Fordyce entrance and cover with a handful of mulch.
We can turn food we don't want into food we do want and help fight climate change!
Apart from all our actions we take around the school like biking, composting & litterfree lunches, we love to share our learning in the displays in the Green Room and library. Have you seen our new walls?
Year Rua are our kaitiaki (guardians) of our Sunhills Honey Bees.
