Kauri Hub were on the case this afternoon. We researched the Hauraki Gulf and looked into overfishing issues.
A small group unwrapped our Whale Tale and brainstormed what colour to paint it. They decided on kikorangi to represent our school colours and match the moana.
Painting the first coat was a bit scary, a bit messy but fun!
K1 it is going to look amazing once all the drawings have been added to decorate it. A great start to this project
